Went to the local Fxxs and bought the exact same mobo under the MSI label and it did post. Tried getting Newegg to accept it back for a credit since it is now a duplicate but they said no and to contact ECS.right.

Other Thoughts: Went to the ECS site and there is no place that is evident to request an RMA. Posts on other web sites say that one needs to contact ECS tech and jump through hoops and then they may let you return it. That process may take up to 8 weeks. I had used an ECS mobo a couple of years ago and has issues but thought I would try it again.
